Job Purpose Statement: 

To ensure smooth and efficient daily operation activities in areas of responsibilities.  

Roles & Responsibility 

  1. Implement all instructions & directives coming from Regional Manager and ensure that all staff follows.  

  1. Follow the instructions from immediate Superior /Team Leader 

  1. Checking and participate in the daily movement. 

  1. Always enhance the company image by giving above standard quality of service to all our valued customers as per the standard. 

  1. Must always apply and practice the Service Level Agreement and Standard Greetings. 

  1. Always ensure above service standards for all Lounges. 

  1. Responsible in ordering lounge store items enough for one day consumption to Store. To immediately report any deviation to Team Leader/ Immediate Superior for further handling. 

  1. Must attend to passenger needs as soon as possible. 

  1. To always deliver professionalism. 

  1. Must follow the standard service for Passengers. 

  1. Monitor lounge additional store items and do not over stock. 

  1. Always ensure on time service as per the standard. 

  1. Must assist t Chef De Parte Lounge, Concierge, Waiter and Housekeeping whenever it is required. 

  1. To direct communicate to concern superior whenever it is required. 

  1. Ensure cleaning / washing of all used equipment with proper safekeeping procedure. 

  1. Must acknowledge all lounge newly ordered equipment. 

  1. To act and perform any other related duties assigned by Regional Asst. Manager  

  1. To monitor the status of all lounge equipment and to report any malfunctioning.  

  1. To monitor the expiration of all store items and back up stock.  

  1. To take good care of all lounge equipment and avoid damage.  

  1. Ensure monthly inventory and expiration of stock.  

  1. Always ensure 100% hygiene results 

  1. Promote standard of hygiene, safety, and sanitation of the respective areas.  

  1. To participate in team department building activity, gatherings, party and meeting with all staff.  

  1. Train subordinates to do their own work well. Analyze their strength and weakness and help to develop them accordingly.  

  1. To attend any related training course within the department as required.  

  1. Encourage participation and create effort by maintaining a constructive attitude toward suggestion.  

  1. To solve and assist staff in solving their problems both personal and work related.  

  1. Assign work to subordinates in clear terms, check and follow up.  

  1. Keep self-updated on all developments within the company.  

  1. To be aware of all service provided at lounges.  

  1. Providing excellent wait service to ensure satisfaction 

  1. Taking customer orders and delivering food and beverages 

  1. Making menu recommendations, answering questions, and sharing additional information with Menu offerings 

  1. Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies) 

  1. Offer menu recommendations upon request 

  1. Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff 

  1. Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems 

  1. Follow all relevant health department regulations 

Communication & Working Relationships: 


To act according to the authority given by Regional Manager or VP Airports Lounges with full respect and professionalism.  



Minimum Requirements for The Job: 


Graduate/ Degree holder in Hospitality Service or any related course to the position.  

Years and Nature of Experience 

2-3 Years’ experience in the Operation / Lounge Service, Hotel, Hospitality Service is preferable.  

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities 

  • Proper Handling of People and Operating project or other related hospitality system  

  • Good in communication skills, both written and verbal
