Job Description and Qualification:

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensures that the personal service materials are complete, secure and safe to use (pen, lighter, notepad…)
• Ensures and participates in the cleanliness and the delivery of supplies for the operation before service time.
• Supervises the cleaning and polishing all needed materials in each section and participates if needed.
• Supervises and participates in the preparations of the mise
• Follows Policies and Procedures including but not limited to:
o Rules and Regulations
o Health and Safety
o Grooming
o Quality
o Service
o Hygiene and cleanliness
• Immediately reports any health or safety hazard to the Restaurant Manager or delegate.
• Reports any difficulties, guest comments and other relevant information to the Restaurant Manager or delegate
• Ensures good relationship between colleagues through maximizing team spirit and cooperation.
• Actively participates in service in accordance with requirements and practices of the section.
• Attends and participates in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled.
• Attends and participates in training sessions as scheduled.
• Demonstrates understanding and awareness of all company policies and procedures relating to Health, Hygiene and Fire Life Safety.
• Performs related duties and other projects as assigned.
• To maintain a strong relationship and behavior between the employees and the team.
• To respect the work schedule as well as willing to work overtime if required.
• To keep on a high personal hygiene (Body odor, mouth sanitation, haircut, nails form and preserve a well clean uniform).
• To own the sense of responsibility and discipline.
• To enjoy a well and good health.
