Job Requirements: 
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following skills and experience:

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Plan and implement HVAC electrical installations including power and control cables, control gear, switchboards, electrical terminations and associated work. 2. Liaise with Project Manager and Senior Projects Engineer for the implementation of HVAC projects. 
3. Organize and supervise crews of Electrical Tradesmen, Trades assistant personnel and Apprentices. 
4. Liaise effectively with building contractors and consultant engineers as directed 
5. Organise materials and equipment for all installation work. 
6. Participate directly in the commissioning of HVAC & Electrical installations. 
7. Maintain adequate record of all electrical installations. 
8. Provide electrical technical support to other areas of the business including Service Department as required. 
9. Carry out work at high standard and in full compliance with Australian, New Zealand standards and PNG electrical standards. 
10. Sign off completed installations and to the satisfaction of Projects Manager of Senior Projects Engineer. 
11. Comply at all times with Health and Safety best practices. 
12. Provide effective training and mentor local personnel and disseminate knowledge. 13. Act professionally and ethically at all times. 

1. Electrical Trade qualification, minimum Diploma or higher 
2. PNG Power Electrical license is essential 
3. Holder of a Philippine electrical license is advantageous 
4. Effective interpersonal and communication skills. 
5. Computer literacy with knowledge and proficiency of MS Excel & Word. 
6. Updated knowledge of relevant electrical products. 

1. Minimum five (5) years of electrical experience in similar role 
2. Overseeing electrical trades personnel, resources, service and projects is essential 
3. Knowledge of electrical regulations and international standards. 
4. Experience in HVACR controls including BMS, Variable Speed Drives (VSD), wiring of pumps, motors, switchboards, controls, chillers, cooling towers, air conditioning equipment such as packaged systems, splits, VRV systems, etc. 
5. Interpretation of power and control wiring, sizing cables and associated components.
6. Experience in trouble shooting and diagnostics specific to HVACR.
