Job Description and Qualification:

Overview: The primary objective is to hunt, manage and drive sales opportunities to closure in Philippines representing the company offerings in Mid-Market to Enterprise space, through Indirect (partners) and Direct sales.


  • Effectively delivering value proposition while demonstrating product capabilities to potential clients
  • Developing and delivering value-based sales proposals and respond to client requirements.
  • Identify business expansion opportunities in verticals/industries, analyse market potential and target new business of highest value.
  • Experience in collaborative alliances
  • Take full responsibility for the sales cycle from prospecting to closure, adopting proven sales methodology.
  • Ability to present with business value and ROI proposition.
  • Ability to negotiate pricing and contractual agreements independently to close the sale.
  • Ability to Identify and develop strategic alignment with key influencer and decision maker.
  • Adhere to Sales discipline by tracking and updating internal CRM promptly.


  • 8-10 years of experience in direct/indirect sales selling enterprise solutions (ERP, SCM, or Mobility) in Philippines.
  • Preferably to have undergone Professional sales training (SPIN or MEDDIC)
  • Preferably with experience selling software products and solutions to C and VP level marketing and sales professionals.
  • Demonstrated a record in meeting quota in a software or SaaS company, including a proven track record of new business sales.
  • Strong cold calling skills and are comfortable calling directly into an organisation and seeking out decision-makers for our products and services.
  • Demonstrated ability to deal with change, think strategically, and make complex decisions.
  • Excellent communications skills and are confident with presenting to large groups of people A skillful negotiator, you will be confident acting as trusted advisor when dealing with customers’ business needs
  • Deep understanding of FMCG & Distribution landscape preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to forecast sales and build sales plans
