Job Description and Qualification:

·         Female is a priority

·         Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from a reputed institute

·         Should have at least 6-8 years of total work experience

·         With at least 4-5 years of solid experience in handling Human Resources related activities and functions (Recruitment, time keeping, payroll processing, employee management, assessment and evaluation, policy implementation, administration management to name a few)

·         Minimum of 2-3 years of experience handling teams

·         Proficient in written and articulate in verbal communication (English)

·         Should be proficient in MS Office

·         Should possess pleasing personality and ability to handle internal and external clients efficiently

·         Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in teams

·         Should possess strong understanding on HR Practices and understanding on Labor laws of Qatar is an added advantage

·         With background in Industry relevant to Marketing, Sales, Business Development is a plus

·         Has related experience in multicultural working environment
