Job Description and Qualification:
Responsibilities:
- Direct report to the senior management team;
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR, Administration and Security & Safety functions of Vietnam plant;
- Hands-on experience in all-round areas including but not limit to policy formulation and execution, manpower planning, staff recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, and training and development;
- Able to interpret operation needs and translate HR and Administration initiatives into business strategies;
- Ensure regular reports including budget & forecast will be submitted to management in a timely manner;
- Handle ad hoc project as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/ Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines;
- At least 15 years solid HR & Administration experience with minimum 5 years at managerial level;
- Solid experience in plant working environment preferably in electronics manufacturing industry;
- Knowledge and working experience in Vietnam Labor Ordinance and Individual Income Tax rules is an advantage;
- Strong analytical ability, well-organized and sensitive to figures;
- Independent, self-motivator and executor. Strong communication and influencing skills in dealing with both internal and external parties;
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Putonghua;
- Computer proficiency in MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint;
- Willing to relocate to Vietnam

PHP 1M – 1.9M
