Job Description and Qualification:

Qualification:
• Must have Culinary Arts degree or Hotel & Restaurant Management Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 2 years professional experience as Cook / Chef in casual dining restaurant, fine dining restaurant, cruise ship or hotel.
• Applicants without Culinary Arts degree or HRM degree must have minimum of 5 years work experience as Cook / Chef.
• Knowledgeable in International Cuisine.
• Height requirement: 5’3” and above.
• Experience working abroad is an advantage.

Skills:

• Knowledge how to do mise en place.
• Storage handling.
• Proper use and care of kitchen tools and equipment.
• Able to plan ahead of duties and work independently.
