Job Description and Qualification:

• Greet and identify drivers, passengers, and pedestrians at access points by verifying Wadi Qortuba Passports, Vehicle Access Stickers, Iqamas; deny access when unable to verify
• Log the Make, Model, Color, License Plate, and arrival time for all incoming nonresident vehicles
• Verify names on guest lists prior to allowing guests onto the compound
• Call residents to announce incoming visitors and houseguests; deny access when residents are not reachable
• Take iqamas and issue access passes to all houseguests, visitors, contractors, and suppliers entering the compound
• Remove expired Vehicle Access Stickers from residents’ vehicles, issue and help place current stickers
• Monitor CCTV feeds attentively and report any suspicious activity in and/or around the facilities to the designated emergency contact person immediately
• Patrol the compound on foot, bicycle, club cart or motor vehicle at hourly intervals when on patrol duty; if any eminent danger is identified, immediately
contact the designated emergency contact person and security guard force, otherwise include any identified vulnerabilities in the shift report
• Enforce the policies, rules, and regulations of the compound
• Respond to noise complaints, resident lockouts, and emergencies of various orders
• Report to the concierge or administration team any maintenance or cleanliness deficiency noticed during patrol rounds and include in shift report
• Report any malfunctioning and/or out-of-order equipment (e.g. Shark Teeth, Hydraulic Barrier, Boom Barriers, Gates, etc.) to the Community Support Supervisor
• Report inefficiencies on the part of the security guards to the Community Support Supervisor
• Deliver packages and restaurant deliveries to the residences and administration office
• Drive visitors from the compound’s main gate to their hosts’ residences, pick them up and return them to the main gate when requested
• Assist with compound lockdown procedures when required
• Maintain work areas clean
Remain in post until reliever arrives and conduct proper pass-on
• Protect the privacy of residents and the confidentiality of documents that contains resident information
• Assist the security guard force as needed
• File log sheets in binders in proper order as per standard procedure
• Take messages for residents when required
• Perform any other reasonable tasks as required by the company

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as Security Officer, first responder, emergency medical technician, firefighter, security/loss prevention officer, police officer, or a military officer
• Experience using relevant equipment (e.g. CCTV, Boom Barriers, motorized gates, etc.)
• Experience in writing incident reports
• Knowledge of security protocols and procedures
• Ability to drive a club cart, ride a bicycle or motor scooter; preference given to driver’s license holders
• Good verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
• Ability to work within a team environment
• Computer proficiency – Basic User of Microsoft Word
• Good grooming standards, and professional appearance.
