Job Description and Qualification:

  • Male
  • Graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management or Culinary Arts
  • With at least 2 years work experience as Cook.
  • Knowledgeable in International Cuisine.
  • Maintain hygiene and food safety as per the HACCP guidelines
  • Sustain the consistency of all the recipe of our partnered brands
  • Support the Chef de Partie or Demi Chef De Partie in the daily operation and take full responsibilities of your section when your immediate supervisor is not there, in order to ensure a smooth operation
  • Organize your section and the mise en place.
  • Responsible of cleaning the section
  • Comply with the kitopi environmental, health and safety policies and procedures
  • Monitor chiller temperature and checklist filling
  • Reliability, quality, efficiency and courteousness of services delivered
  • Effective teamwork and contribution to the achievement of team goals
  • Ensure the implementations of food & safety procedures all the time
  • Cleanliness and following the HACCP and hygiene standards
