Job Description and Qualification:

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Undertake as per a set schedule the clubhouse opening and closing procedures, such as unlocking and locking facilities, turning lights on and off, setting the temperature in the various facilities, putting electric roller blinds up and down, etc.
• Greet and identify persons entering the Clubhouse; deny access when unable to verify clubhouse access eligibility
• Enforce the policies, rules and regulations as pertaining to the use of the clubhouse facilities
• Patrol the clubhouse facilities frequently to inspect the state of repair and cleanliness and report deficiencies to the concierge
• Assist the recreation and food and beverage teams with the operations with preparation work for events and activities
• File log sheets in binders in proper order as per the standard procedure
Protect the privacy of residents and the confidentiality of documents that contain resident information.
• Respond to noise complaints, resident lockouts, and other residence emergencies when required
• Assist with compound lockdown procedures if required.
• Remain in post until reliever arrives and conduct proper pass-on.
• Assist the security guard force as needed.
• Perform any other reasonable tasks as required by the company

REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Security Officer, first responder, emergency medical technician, firefighter, security/loss prevention officer, police officer, safety officer, or a military officer.
• Experience using relevant equipment (e.g. CCTV, Boom Barriers, motorized gates, etc.)
• Experience in writing incident reports
• Knowledge of security protocols and procedures
• Ability to drive a club cart, ride a bicycle or motor scooter; preference given to driver’s license holders
• Good verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team environment.
• Computer proficiency – Basic User of Microsoft Word
• Good grooming standards, and professional appearance.
