Job Description and Qualification:

Main functions & duties
• Program, set up, operate and maintain a computer numerically controlled (CNC) machine tools
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts and tables
• machine parts to close tolerance; Document and report deviations from specifications and tolerances 
• Maintain inspection records and complete inspection reports;  
• Verify dimensions of products for accuracy and conformance to specifications using precision, measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers)
 • Making set-ups on CNC lathe 1'200mmØ X 4'000mm
• Operating Thermal Spray Coating equipment (Twin-Arc, HVOF, Plasma spray, Flame Spray)
 • Set up thermal spray boot for varius parts
• Operate over-head Crane to move big parts around the shop floor (up to 10 Tonnes) 

Specific Skills
Must be able to read drawings, blue prints and decide the working process to respect drawing requirements

Assets
  • Experiences on the Fagor CNC control 8055T
  • Machine thermal spray coating
  • Worked with big parts (over 1'000mm)
