What you’ll get up to as a Bicycle Sales Associate

• Welcoming customers as they enter the store and assisting them politely.

• Build and establish customer relationships to ensure repeated and continued business.

• Solve customers’ queries and complaints in an effective manner.

• Coordinate with the Sales Manager to organize and plan your day based on tasks given.

• To follow up with customers via Phone call & email.

• Ensuring that the store is presentable and that the stock levels are right to operate.

• Sharing technical detail of the products with the customers.

• Developing and maintaining full knowledge of all products, accessories and, within reason, prices within the store range

• Promoting the professional image of Peloton Cycling and ensuring that customer satisfaction standards are achieved and maintained.

What we look for in a Bicycle Sales Associate

• You must have the right to live and take up employment in the UAE

• At least 1+ years’ experience working in a bicycle shop

• Be able to deliver on all aspects of bicycle knowledge.

• Understand the basics of bicycle needs in terms of service and compatibilities between brands.

• Understand Bike Fitting/Sizing basics.

• Be highly organized

• Be able to work independently and as part of a team

• Prioritize customer service

• Have a great work ethic

• Willing to learn and self-develop.

• Passionate for cycling and knowledgeable of associated products and accessories relative to the industry.
