Job Description and Qualification:

·         Should hold Bachelors or Master’s degree from a reputed university

·         The Candidate must have successfully handled a strong managerial function in Performing Arts, Hospitality, Sales & Marketing or any Customer Service related industries

·         The candidate should have at least 5 - 7 years solid relevant experience in this position.

·         Minimum of 3-4 years of experience handling teams

·         Should possess ability to lead, manage and oversee the entire day to day Operations of the Academy

·         Can execute business plan and major activities to address/complete the set short/long- term goals and objectives of the Academy

·         Candidate with Management or Marketing experience working in Performing Arts/membership clubs, community sports clubs or related discipline is a plus

·         Proficient in written and articulate in verbal communication (English)

·         Has related experience in multi-cultural working environment

·         Ability to influence and persuade at all levels; IT competent; with good public speaking background

·         Personal attributes: Good personality, enthusiastic, persistent, well-organized, set high standards, flexible, calm under pressure, independent and pro-active
