Job Description and Qualification:

The primary role of the Administrative Assistant is to inspect the compound’s residential units, as well as its common indoor and outdoor areas and facilities, and accordingly prepare comprehensive reports to submit to the Senior Compound Administrator. The Administrative Assistant also spearheads the move-in process for new tenants and move-out process for departing tenants in accordance to standard operating procedures and established guidelines. Additional responsibilities related to the position include clerical office work, as well as scheduled and unscheduled inspections of the off premises staff accommodations.


• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an office clerk, Office Assistant or Administrative Assistant, preferably with a property management company and/or hotel. 
• Good verbal and written communication skills in the English language. 
• Computer proficiency – Intermediate user of Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Excel, Word and Power Point) etc. 
• Good interpersonal skill and ability to work well in a team environment. 
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
 • Attention to detail. 
• College Education
