Job Description and Qualification:

Job Scope: 
Reporting to the Branch Manager and Financial Controller, you will be responsible for providing effective and efficient operational leadership for the Finance and Administration Sections of the Branch.

Job Requirements: 
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following skills and experience: 

Main Duties & Responsibilities: 
1. Preparation of Financial Statement & Analysis, Budget, Forecast and reconciliation of Accounts. 
2. Responsible for directing and coordinating the daily functions of the Finance and Administration Section. 
3. Responsible for the implementation of Internal controls in safe guarding Company Assets. 
4. Manage payroll in an effective and efficient manner. 
5. Undertake and oversee appropriate staff training and development. 

1. Degree in Accounting or related Finance discipline with minimum 5 years of experience. 
2. A good understanding of PNG Labour & Employment Laws would be an advantage. 

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word & PowerPoint. 
2. Working knowledge in using computerized Accounting systems, preferably ACCPAC for Windows and Payroll processing. 
3. High level of customer service. 

Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in an accounting role including three (3) years at management level.
